This program is designed to highlight developers and agencies who specialize in LearnDash implementation and customization by featuring their services on the LearnDash website. By participating in the LearnDash Community Experts program, you agree to comply with the following Rules and Regulations.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
- Acceptance into the LearnDash Community Experts Program is at the sole discretion of LearnDash.
- Listings of community experts are reviewed and approved based on a detailed audit conducted by the LearnDash team.
- Each listing must meet the requirements set forth below to be considered for inclusion in the program.
2. Program Requirements
- LearnDash Expertise: You must prove you are an expert at implementing LearnDash by giving us access to a course you have built in your application.
- High-Quality Logo: Community Experts must provide a high-resolution logo suitable for publication on the LearnDash website. Please provide an SVG file.
- Ongoing Relationship: Continued inclusion in the program requires maintaining an active and positive relationship with LearnDash. This includes, but is not limited to, adhering to LearnDash policies, timely responses to inquiries to the email you provide when you register, and active engagement in the LearnDash Community (Facebook Group).
3. Program Benefits and Promotions
- LearnDash will promote the Community Experts Program collectively. No individual listings will be highlighted unless specified in a separate, mutually agreed-upon partnership arrangement.
- Community Experts may use the LearnDash Community Experts badge on their own website and promotional materials, subject to LearnDash’s branding guidelines.
- Community Experts are given the Group Expert role in the Facebook LearnDash Community Group where rules are applied. Group Experts cannot self-promote, market, or make sales through the group, including asking for a DM to get help or any similar requests.
4. Relationship and Termination
- Participation in the Community Experts Program does not establish any form of partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the expert and LearnDash.
- LearnDash reserves the right to terminate an expert’s listing at any time, with or without notice, if they fail to meet program requirements, violate LearnDash policies, or otherwise engage in conduct deemed detrimental to LearnDash or its customers.
5. Content and Conduct
- Community Experts are responsible for the accuracy of information provided on their listings, including but not limited to services offered, contact details, and professional qualifications.
- Any actions or statements by the expert that negatively impact the LearnDash brand, reputation, or user experience may result in immediate removal from the program.
- Community Experts are prohibited from representing themselves as LearnDash employees or “official partners” unless specified in a separate agreement.
- Community Experts are prohibited from using the LearnDash Community Facebook Group for self-promotion or marketing purposes.
- Community Experts are responsible for the accuracy of their posts and replies in the LearnDash Facebook Group.
6. Limitation of Liability
- LearnDash is not liable for any services, actions, or representations made by listed Community Experts. Users of the LearnDash website who engage with Community Experts do so at their own discretion.
- LearnDash provides no guarantees regarding the volume or quality of leads that may result from a listing in the Community Experts Program.
7. Modifications to Rules and Regulations
LearnDash reserves the right to modify these Rules and Regulations at any time. Continued participation in the program following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Rules and Regulations.
By submitting a listing and participating in the LearnDash Community Experts Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Rules and Regulations.
